3.3.0 times out prevents upgrading & 5.2.4 routing is crippled

// Have been running 3.3.0 Virtual Machine

  • Will not update itself.
  • No longer allows updating WordPress or plugins timing out throwing curl error 28.
  • Have created exceptions iin Avast virus detection for curl.exe.
  • Don’t know where 3.3.0 logs are

// Installed 5.2.4

  • Routing fails and sites will not load.
  • Port 80 PID 4 is System. I am a developer and cannot cripple or isolate the use of my computer because 5.2.4 is not finished being developed.
  • Changed from Site Domains to localhost and that also fails
  • Windows host file is not marked read only.
  • Have created exceptions in Avast for both ~/LocalSites and curl.exe.

// 5.2.4 Routing Log:
2020/02/17 20:52:17 [emerg] 8504#16588: bind() to 0.0.0.0:80 failed (10013: An attempt was made to access a socket in a way forbidden by its access permissions)

// 5.2.4 Local Lightening Log
{“thread”:“main”,“class”:“Process”,“process”:“nginx”,“level”:“warn”,“message”:“nginx: [emerg] bind() to 0.0.0.0:80 failed (10013: An attempt was made to access a socket in a way forbidden by its access permissions)”,“timestamp”:“2020-02-18T02:52:17.733Z”}

So where does this leave me and what can I do to get back to work?
