Add WP_ENVIRONMENT_TYPE to default wp-config file

WP 5.5 now includes support for a WP_ENVIRONMENT_TYPE constant. It can take the values of development, staging, or production.

Any thoughts about adding define( 'WP_ENVIRONMENT_TYPE', 'development' ); to the default wp-config.php that is created by Local?

as of 5.5.1, released on September 1st, there will be a fourth environment type, local.

I would consider using that instead of development.

Also, the next version of Local Development plugin will have the ability to set this new constant.

develop branch also will display environment type setting in admin bar when site is in Local.
