After last update (5.9.8+5191) can’t connect in browser

Issue Summary

I have several sites in Local (not connected to a site hosted in Flywheel yet). When I start then open them within the past three (?) days, they won’t open in the browser. Instead of the site name, for example, I see https://localhost:10068/?cache-buster=1876 with the message " This site can’t provide a secure connection
localhost sent an invalid response.
ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR".

I have to type out the site name to get it to open, it won’t open automatically. It’s cumbersome when I’m trying to make updates to plugins, etc and checking on my sites. But I’m wondering if there’s a larger issue going on.
