Thanks for letting us know that the Site Health tool is recommending PHP 7.4.1 as the minimum version of PHP. I’ll let the developers know so that they can make this the default version for Preferred environments.
As for why those modules show as being outdated, even after switching to PHP 7.4.1 – that sounds like maybe a new version of the PHP lightning service needs to be downloaded. Can you try the steps outlined in this FAQ:
