Can't access WP-admin from local (error 404)

Hi everyone.
First of all I searched for the issue on the forum, but didn’t find any close solution for it.
What happens is that when I try to access wp-admin from Local, I get to my site’s 404 page. However, I can access WP from my flywheel’s pushed hostes site (it just misses all the pages…).
I recently upgraded to 5.6.2, so I guess the issue may come from there.

I tried with a new site for debugging, and I’ve got the same issue (except it’s a generic page 404).

I use windows 10 and my Local version is 5.9.9+5246
