Error: Command failed: /lightning-services/php-7.3.5+10/bin/darwin/bin/php

I love “local” so far, thanks!

Downloaded a backup (.tar.gz) from my cPanel server and imported, whole process ran thru 100% no hiccups!

Downloaded another backup (.tgz) from a VPS droplet, had to convert to .zip and imported, then very nearly got thru the whole process but right at the end gave an error:

Error: Command failed: /Applications/Local.app/Contents/Resources/extraResources/lightning-services/php-7.3.5+10/bin/darwin/bin/php /Applications/Local.app/Contents/Resources/extraResources/bin/wp-cli/wp-cli.phar --path=/Users/davidsutherland/Local Sites/iohio/app/public --require=/Applications/Local.app/Contents/Resources/extraResources/bin/wp-cli/local-wpcli-error-reporting.php --skip-plugins --skip-themes --url=wordpress-578318-1882295.cloudwaysapps.com search-replace --all-tables-with-prefix http://wordpress-578318-1882295.cloudwaysapps.com http://iohio.local

Has it got to do with the domain provisioning or something similar?

got another .tgz from the host, converted to .zip, nearly got to the end of importing again:

importing database
changing site domain
unable to import

Error: Command failed: /Applications/Local.app/Contents/Resources/extraResources/lightning-services/php-7.3.5+10/bin/darwin/bin/php /Applications/Local.app/Contents/Resources/extraResources/bin/wp-cli/wp-cli.phar --path=/Users/davidsutherland/Local Sites/iohio/app/public --require=/Applications/Local.app/Contents/Resources/extraResources/bin/wp-cli/local-wpcli-error-reporting.php --skip-plugins --skip-themes --url=wordpress-578318-1882295.cloudwaysapps.com search-replace --all-tables-with-prefix http://wordpress-578318-1882295.cloudwaysapps.com http://iohio.local

any ideas what we need to do to make it compatible?

maybe there’s another method to import the.sql and web files from public_html directly into Local, without having to use a migration plugin?

I was having the same issue. Even tried to remove local and reinstall it however it didn’t worked. I finally found that the problem was coming from W3 Total cache, once I deleted the files/folders, I was able to import the site successfully.
