Error installing wordpress when creating site - local 5.9.2 windows 10

Issue Summary

Tried installing local 5.9.2 on windows 10 thinking it will work seamlessly as it worked on my mac, everything seemed to go fine until I tried to create a website. I get a long error that I cannot seem to understand.
The error displays when I try to create a site from the main menu. Specifically it occurs when the site setup process tries to install wordpress.

Hi @Hajarat,

I use Local in a course I teach for WordPress and one thing I’ve noticed happen with my students who are using Windows is you need to point your site path to the main C: drive on your HDD. If you are trying to create a site and the path is pointing to your desktop or a cloud drive (i.e. OneDrive) this error will occur.

Can you confirm if this is the case?

Hey Matthew,
First of all thank you for the reply,
Secondly, I do not believe that I am pointing to my desktop or a cloud drive anywhere throughout the initiation of my site. Here is the error message I get:

.

Hey @matthewfarlymn,
The path is follows: C:\Users\hassa\Local Sites\newsitehere
