Error message Heads-up! Local's router is having trouble starting

There is an error message on my Local now.

I installed Local last month and could use it without any problem by the end of last month but My VScode kept showing that it cannot find PHP so I download it.

After the installation, there is Heads-up! Local’s router is having trouble starting message on my Local.
I tried to find solutions and tried one of them. Go to setting - Preferences- Advanced - Route Mode and I changed from Site Domains to localhost.
Then error message was gone but the project does not read my directories.
How can I solve it?
