[Error Msg: ENOENT: no such directory or file, open] when I attempt to start the site

Hello, I’m hoping I can find help with this issue. When I open Local as I normally do, and go to a Local site to start, I click “Start Site” and get the attached message. (Don’t know if it attached or not). “Error: ENOENT: no such file or directory, open”

Can anyone help with this. I’m halfway through designing a site and now this. I’m using Win 8.1 and Local Version: 5.9.3+5100. Thanks in advance.
