Feature Request: Display logs during upload, more verbose logging

Currently manually watching the log during upload with watch tail ~/.config/Local/local-lightning.log, but it would be awesome if a small window did this for me rather than an uninformative “Uploading…” bar. It could be collapsed by default so the normal UI would be mostly unaffected even.

Additionally my upload is currently hanging on a step (or might be hanging, I can’t tell without any progress indicator):
{"thread":"main","class":"","level":"info","message":"Dumping local database and uploading to target\n","timestamp":"2020-06-02T14:16:50.720Z"}

Which does not seem to be updating. Small log display, plus the addition of progress indicators for uploads (3.5/60.5MB uploaded..., log every 5 seconds), would really help me in this situation. It should be a general design principle that uploads/downloads (hell, all processes) log their progress IMO.

To show an example, Windows-style progress bars won’t help anyone tell if their upload/download has irrecoverably failed. I would say this is an area that is very easy to improve on without much time investment, by just visually exposing logs in a little textbox below the indicator (i.e. like Ubuntu’s installer) and adding log events for in-progress UL/DL.
