I was using local on Linux , But when I changed to Windows and setting up local once again then getting this error.

I also installed the app and tried to create a new site but it shows the same as above,
ie.,
could not update hosts file
local ran into a problem when trying to update the hosts file.
please ensure that the hosts file is locked by anti-virus.
what to do for this problem?
i tried disable all my system firewall but still its shows the same!
Same error, I followed the procedure they recommended in another post, and excluded the file from the windows antivirus and firewall but nothing, continued persists…
