How to find PHPMyAdmin

Hi, I have used Local to make a new Wordpress website. As I already have a host for my old Adobe Dreamweaver site I did not sign up for hosting first.
Now I have deleted my old Dreamweaver site from my host, 123-reg, and installed all the Wordpress files to that host. Unfortunately the when I look for my website through a search engine I get an error - Parse error : syntax error, unexpected ‘’ );’ (T_CONSTANT_ENCAPSED_STRING) in /websites/123reg/LinuxPackage21/pi/xe/lf/pixelfoto.co.uk/public_html/wp-config.php on line 29.
The support on 123-reg has been very helpful but says I have to locate PHPMyAdmin from LocalWP’s interface and export the file as SQL making sure the encoding is set as UTF8. He cannot advise further as they do not offer support for such applications as Local.
I really would appreciate any help. Please note I am a complete amateur and do not understand computer speak.
Many thanks
Paula
