I cant connect to database after updating it to the latest version

Issue Summary

After I updated the local by flywheel i cant connect to my db anymore.

Troubleshooting Questions

• Does this happen for all sites in Local, or just one in particular? all sites

• Are you able to create a new, plain WordPress site in Local and access it in a Browser? Nope, it says " Error establishing a database connection" but when i try to login on my database it says “Connection refused” though my username and password are all correct. This is what happened after I update my local by flywheel.
