Importing a site separate theme and sql zips

I built a new version of a site for an internal client that would be hosted with us. They were an acquisition so the old site was not hosted with us. They have now requested some piece of functionality from the old site, but all I all from the old site are these two files:

  • siteName.wpdb.flexential.sql.tar.gz
    &
  • www.siteName.net.flexential.tar.gz
    Local won’t import these so I converted both to zip files. From there I got this error.
    “Uh-oh! Unable to import site.
    Error: Local was unable to import the following SQL files:”
    How do I open this site locally?
