I use Ubuntu 20 and I downloaded LBF. I tried to install by double clicking the file “local-5.4.1-linux.deb” but it didn’t work.
I than tried to install using terminal and it went fine.
If you’re facing the same issue just open your terminal (ctrl + alt) navigate to where you downloaded the file (most probably Downloads directory) and run the installation command:
sudo apt install ./local-5.4.1-linux.deb
