Issue Summary
Yesterday Local 5.10 was working perfectly after importing 2 sites from Local 3.2.1. Today, no joy. In fact, when I look at the Local Sites folder the only thing in the two sites folder is a local.sql file.
Troubleshooting Questions
I was able to create a new test site and it’s working fine and the created folder contains everything you would expect from a new WP install.
