Link to images from Wordpress template (working with live link)

Hello everybody,
In my custom wordpress template I need to link to some images uploaded into the Wordpress media folder.
I tried in different ways, but I always see broken links when I turn on the Local “Live Link” feature.

So, how do you link to images in the media library? Do you use some Wordpress template tag? Cause I tried with some of them with no luck.
