Local does not OPEN with the new update

HELLO GUYS,
I updated My Local yesterday but since then does not open now, I that happening to someone else?
I already downloaded the installer from the local website but does not work neither.

I Upgraded but now does not work then I uninstalled and I downloaded the most recent version that I think is 5.2.7 but still does not OPEN.

I have Windows 10 Home 64 Bit.

Any help please.

Unfortunately I had to downgrade my Local to 5.0.6 but now is openning but my pages are not linked to it.
Any help from the support team?,
