Local Lightning errors (Windows 10) - Local Router + PHP CLI + Windows IIS

Hi,

Having major issues with Local Lightning. I get these errors:

• "Heads Up! Local’s router is having trouble starting.!
  

  

• “PHP CLI stopped working” error dialog keeps popping up.
  

• When I view the site it goes through to a WIndows IIS page
  

  

I’m on Windows 10 and have tried Local 5.2.4 and 5.2.5 and both have the same problem.

I am also connected to WP Engine.

Local Flywheel 3.3.0 worked perfectly.

Any help is much appreciated?
