I have the same issue with local 5.5.3 +3667

Mailhog didn’t catch any email since lastet update on windows

Hi,
I have the same issue with below.
-Local version : 5.5.3 +3667
-Web server : Nginx
-PHP version: 7.3.5
-OS: Windows 10 Home, build 10.0.18362

But fortunately, when I changed PHP version to 7.4.1,
the issue was solved.
Now MailHog can catch mails on my PC.

Just wanted to give everyone the heads up that the MailHog issue should now be fixed in our latest release 5.6.1 - Local 5.6.1
