This happen for all site located on a different driver than C driver -
Are you able to create a new, plain WordPress site in Local and access it in a Browser?
I can create new sites, but I can’t access them when located on a different driver than C driver

Create site on a different driver than C driver and try to access them when using Local 5.9.8
