Permissions Issue Linux (ubuntu 18.04)

I think I’m having an issue with permissions but not quite sure how to fix it.

Running Local in ubuntu. Imported site from Local by Flywheel

Start Site = Uh oh! Unable to Start Site. Error EACCESS: permission denied, rmdir /…router/nginx/conf/includes

also

Uh oh! Could not update hosts file

I get a popup saying Local is trying to modify the hosts file, to which I can click “view” but that leads nowhere

Tried running as root with --no-sandbox
That updates the host file and doesnt throw any errors starting

but get 502 bad gateway nginz/1.16.0

Any ideas?
