After the last two updates for Windows, I am still not using Local because its far to slow. Even with a new WordPress installation and only Divi or Oxygen Builder installed. I prefer to work with Local but my remote hosting is much faster.
I have a Windows 10 laptop bit older with AMD 64 bit CPU and 4Gb ram and SSD drive, still fast enhough to do all my other development work, but Local is unfortuntely too slow.
On my Macbook Pro it is acceptable but in my eye I safe development time to work through my remote web hosting (btw: nothing special).
Please make in clear what the requirements for Windows are on your website(s) and mybe in Local it self. Better for your name to make it clear, them me and others can accept not maching the requirements
