Unable to open imported site

Installed Local and installed WP, then all-in-one wp migrate. Copied live site to Local (localhost but the site I importred was HTTPS)

Now I cannot access Site either browser or admin.

I can see site on the live link though.

Using 5.9.8

I was on 5.9.9 with same problem so uninstalled and reinstalled lower version.

Error messages change depending on whether or not Anti virus ( Kaspersky) is on or off.

When I change from Local Host to Site Domains, I can see the site ( with warnings it is not secure) but still cannot see with admin
