Good morning! Does anyone know how to import a local built website on here to WordPress? I would like to you local as a staging area.

Importing a site into Local is pretty easy and is outlined in this help doc:
To deploy a site to WP Engine or Flywheel, you can always use Local Connect:
For deploying to hosts that aren’t WPE or FW, that will be a more manual process, but if you provide a bit more detail about what you’re trying to do and where you are trying to do it, I’m sure the community can get you pointed in the right direction!
