Win10 - Site not available if installed in a different directory

Issue Summary

I receive an error if I install my site in a directory different from “~\Local Sites”.

Troubleshooting Questions

Once installed, I get “No Input File Specified” error.

System Details

I’m using the latest version of Local (non PRO) on a Win10 Machine.
