I have set up Local to develop a word press website locally and I am using the Ninja forms and WP Mail Bank to send emails. However when I am trying to send emails I am getting the following output:

Your Web Host provider may have installed a firewall between you and the server.
Contact the admin of the server and ask if they allow outgoing communication on port 25,465,587.
It seems like they are blocking certain traffic. Ask them to open the ports.
How can I make sure that Local is not block the SMTP ports 25,465,587? In the preferences or the settings I cannot find something regarding that.
