Managing Your Local Pro Subscription

You can manage your Local Pro subscription by logging into Local Hub and clicking on the “Edit Subscription” link.

Cancel Subscription

You can always cancel your subscription by clicking on the “Cancel Subscription” link within your subscription. We’re always wanting to make Local better, so if you are having issues or any questions, we’d love to hear from you!

Requesting a Refund

Local Pro provides you with a one-of-a-kind development tool for creating WordPress sites with no long-term commitments or contracts. Because of this, we only offer refunds in the following situations:

Monthly customersEligible for a refund within 72 hours of purchasing or renewing a monthly plan.
Annual customersEligible for a refund for 30 days after purchasing or renewing a yearly plan.

Outside of these windows, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Your subscription will remain active until the next billing cycle, at which point it simply will not be renewed. Your Local WordPress sites will always be available for use with the Community version of Local but will lack access to the advanced tools provided by Local Pro.

Use of a discount code or offer may affect the amount of your refund.
