Migrate Billing to Local Hub

This help doc only applies to Flywheel customers who have purchased Local Pro through their Flywheel Hosting account at https://app.getflywheel.com.

Live Links Pro is only available to users with a Local Pro subscription that has been purchased through Local Hub. We’ll be fixing this and enabling Live Links Pro for all Local Pro users (no matter where you bought it) in early July 2020.

Signup for Local Pro on Local Hub

Local Hub is a new place to purchase Local Pro. In the future, it will be the home for exciting, new Local features.

Purchase Local Pro by going to: hub.localwp.com/create

Cancel Local Pro From the Flywheel Hosting Account

Once you have Local Pro through the Hub website, you’ll need to cancel your Local Pro subscription from the Flywheel Hosting dashboard to avoid paying for Local Pro twice.

To do this, navigate to the “Billing” page of the Flywheel Dashboard, and select the Local Pro subscription:

From the Local Pro subscription page, click the ellipsis to cancel the subscription:

Request a Refund

Chat with Local support at hub.localwp.com/support and mention “I’m migrating billing to Local Hub.” Our WordPress expert will partially refund your Local Pro subscription on Flywheel.

Download the latest version of Local

Update to the latest version of Local from hub.localwp.com. Local version 5.6 and later is required to access features like Live Links Pro and Broken Link Checker.
