Accessing Local from another PC on my network

I’ve seen info posted in answer to this question - but it was all from around 2018 and I’m aware that Local is a very different product now!
I want to install Local onto a Windows PC on my network and then access it from another Windows PC. I’d be doing this to avoid having to consume memory and resources by running Local on my primary PC - and it’s a way to put an old computer to use!
Can this currently be done?

You could try this. Not sure about Windows, but on MacOS Local 5.X is very light on resources.
