Changing lower_case_table_names value on Windows 10 for MigrateDB Pro

I get the following warning when using Local Lightning on my Windows 10 machine:

Warning: Mixed Case Table Names

Whoa! We’ve detected that your local site has the MySQL setting lower_case_table_names set to 1 .

As a result, uppercase characters in table names will be converted to lowercase during the migration.

Where can I change this setting? I’m using Local Lightning on a windows 10 machine.
