does not start LOCAL

Hola, he seguido todas las indicaciones para instalar LOCAL local-5.7.2-windows.exe pero al ejecutar la aplicación, no arranca.
No veo en el administrador de tareas, ningún proceso que se le parezca.
Tenía instalado xammp instalado pero lo he quitado por si eso diese conflicto.
Tengo instalado bitdefender.

Alguna sugerencia por favor, para poder arrancar LOCAL?

Hello, I have followed all the instructions to install LOCAL local-5.7.2-windows.exe but when I run the application, it does not start.
I do not see in the task manager, any process that resembles it.
I had installed xammp but I have removed it in case that gives conflict.
I have installed bitdefender.
