Regenerating Machine Certificates - Problem

I followed instructions and removed Local by Flywheel, Virtual Box and all the files. I installed the latest version of Local. I created a test site and it worked.

When I tired to import my regular site from the backup zip file it errors out on SQL database. What do I need to do?
