SSL is not working in chrome

Found a lot of thread regarding this issue. My problem is exactly the same as this thread. Unfortunately, there is no response in that thread.
I have tried solutions from other threads though but none of them worked for me. I’ve added https:// in site url and wordpress url inside Settings > General. I’ve added a force https plugin. Manually entered https:// in the address bar. Literally nothing helped.
Just for clarification, I’ve trusted the certificate and restarted the browser. Everything works fine in Firefox but not in Chrome.
My system information:
OS: Ubuntu 20.04 LTS x86_64
Kernel: 5.4.0-40-generic
Firefox version: 78.0.1
Chrome version: 83.0.4103.116

I am also wondering, why it works in Firefox but not in chrome.
