Unable to provision sites

Issue Summary

Local seems to install just fine, but I am unable to create any sites at all. I receive the same error message every time, and I have not been able to figure out exactly whats wrong.

System Details

  • Which version of Local is being used?

I have tried installing version 5.9.9.

  • What Operating System (OS) and OS version is being used?

Windows 10 Pro, version 20H2.

Own Troubleshooting

I have tried disabling and uninstalling AV, tried local for both all users and just me. Reinstalled Local multiple times. Tried removing the AppData files and restarting Local.

Did some more searching and found this article:

I’ll changing up my Windows Folder name to see if it is related to the problem, will update the post after.
