Hey @ksbishtwiley, Welcome to the Local Community Forums!
It looks like what is happening is that XAMPP is running before Local can use the default HTTP port of 80.
What you’ll need to do is either stop XAMPP before turning Local on, or use Local’s localhost Router Mode. Here’s a help doc with more information on what Router Mode is, and some of the limitations of running Local as localhost router mode:
